A text model writes the list. Our code draws it.
Describe each item
One line each: gold key, blue potion, angry cat face. A small text model turns every line into a short parts list — shapes, materials, positions. It never touches a pixel.
The renderer draws it
Fixed light from the top-left, hue-shifted shading per material, one-pixel rims, auto-fit, then your grid, palette and outline. Same list in, same picture out. Every time.
Pick, tweak, download
Choose from up to four drafts per item, edit any part for free, and download one zip with every item at the exact sizes Twitch, Discord or Roblox want.
One list, any palette, zero drift.
Because the picture comes from a parts list and not from a model's mood, re-rendering a whole set in another palette or grid is instant and costs nothing. These are the same three lists, drawn four ways.

The renderer follows the rules pixel artists teach: one light source, hue-shifted ramps instead of grey shadows, no banding, selective outlines at 32 px and up, anti-aliasing inside the form only. Your own photos run through the same pixelizer in the free converter.
Sets people actually need.

Twitch sub-badges
A ladder of 5 to 10 badges that read at 18 px and look like one family. Exported at 18, 36 and 72.

Roblox UI icons
Gamepass, badge, inventory and currency icons at 512×512, twenty or fifty of them, all matching.

What it will not do
Animation, big scenes, and text inside images. For a walking sprite sheet you want PixelLab or a human. For a logo with words in it, hire someone. This tool does small, matching things well and nothing else.
Icons are composed by a text model (Llama on Cloudflare Workers AI) that writes a parts list, drawn by our own renderer; optionally FLUX.1 [schnell] drafts for organic subjects, and labelled as AI-generated in the PNG metadata. Your own photos run through the converter are not touched by any model.
Questions people ask
Do I need an account?
No. You pay once, get a key by email from Polar, and paste it on any device. Free previews need nothing at all.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. Whatever rights exist in the outputs are yours; we keep none. Because the parts lists come from an AI model, the images may not be protected by copyright in the EU, and we cannot promise exclusivity. Details in the Terms.
Why does it say “AI-generated” in the file?
A text model writes the parts list, so the result counts as AI-assisted and EU law (the AI Act) asks for a machine-readable mark. I also think buyers should know what they are getting. The label is metadata inside the PNG; it does not show on the image.
What happens to a bad result?
With the default engine you edit the parts list for free until it is right. With the image engine, a draft whose background cannot be removed or whose subject is cut off is rejected before you see it, and the credit is refunded automatically.
