About
I am Tori. I made Pixelkin because the AI icons I generated for my own projects never matched each other, and I am the one who answers the email.
My day job is project management in building automation, and I run a few small sites on kyrts.com as a hobby. I like systems that do the same thing every time. Image generators do not, so I built one where the model only does the rough drawing and code I can read and test does the rest: the grid, the palette, the outline, the export sizes.
The site is small on purpose. There are no accounts, credits do not expire, and there is no βproβ tier hiding a better model. Sixty drafts cost five euro, and the converter is free because it costs me nothing to run.
Where things stand
- The pixel step is finished and tested: chroma key, k-centroid downscale, palette lock, cleanup, exact exports, and automatic rejection of drafts that cannot be used. A second engine draws from editable parts lists; it is good for flat UI glyphs and weak at anything organic, so it is not the default.
- Six presets: Twitch badges, emotes, Discord icons, Roblox UI, game items, portraits.
- Not planned: animation, text in images, large scenes.
Contact
Email hello@kyrts.com. I read everything and usually answer within a day or two. If a set came out badly, send me the subjects and the preset and I will look at what went wrong.
Generator images are drafted with FLUX.1 [schnell] on Cloudflare Workers AI, finished by our own pixelizer (an optional parts-list engine uses a text model and our renderer). They carry an AI-generated label in their metadata. Legal details are on the legal notice.
