Pricing

One credit is one draft image. Most people look at 2 to 4 drafts per item before picking, so a six-badge ladder costs around 20 credits.

Prices are in euro and include VAT. Polar handles the checkout as the seller of record: they charge the VAT for your country and send the invoice. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If a pack shows no checkout button yet, the shop is still being set up; email me and I will sort it out by hand.

What is free

• The photo-to-pixel converter. It runs in your browser and costs me nothing, so it will stay free.
• A few preview drafts per day, so you can see what the generator makes of your subject before paying. When the day's free pool runs out the button tells you.
• Re-rendering a set with another grid, palette or outline, as often as you like.

Refunds and the 14-day right

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because drafts are delivered the moment you ask for them, the checkout asks you to agree to immediate delivery, which is the legal condition for using them straight away. On top of that I keep it simple: unused credits are refunded pro rata within 14 days, no questions. Email me the key and I refund through Polar.

Where the money goes

Roughly 15% goes to payment processing and VAT handling, about 2% to the image model that draws the drafts, and the rest keeps the site running and pays for my time. The model cost is this low because it only draws a small rough version; the pixel work is my own code, running in your browser.
